Each day around lunchtime, "Meals-on-Wheels" volunteers deliver much more than hot
nutritious food. For homebound seniors, the visits mean contact with the outside world and
the chance to continue living independently in their own home.
Consider some real nourishment at your next lunch hour. Volunteer for "Meals-on-Wheels"
and enjoy a lunch that's good for your heart.
Volunteers are the heart and hands of our home delivered meals program. Their caring,
dedicated and generous help turn our goals into realities and our efforts into accomplishments.
Volunteers deliver meals and cheer to homebound seniors during the lunch hour (11:00-12:00)
